Costing/Purchasing Agent
Live Oak Homes, a growing and leading Manufactured Home Builder in the Southeast, is looking to hire a Cost /Purchasing Agent. The Cost/Purchasing Agent will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Department, as well as determining the direct cost of our homes. The ideal candidate will have a purchasing background and construction knowledge, above average Excel skills, has an understanding of units of measurement, is able to multitask efficiently, and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees. This position will allow the qualified candidate to use their skill set to immediately contribute to our team of over 700 employees and nearly 100 retailers. The Cost/Purchasing Agent also has the opportunity to grow into management positions in the future.

Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and wants
- Utilize Live Oak Homes proven market strategies to sell more homes and assist your retailers in boosting their sales and profitability
- Identify top performing retailers in each market to maximize Live Oak Homes inventory presence and sales
- Produce clean and accurate sales order for production facilities
- Educate retailer base on product and product changes
- Eager to assist retailers in day-to-day problem solving, including being a bridge between retailers and Live Oak Homes Service Department
- Expand territory through market prospecting
Qualifications:
- HS degree or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
Assistant Plant Manager
Responsibilities
Oversee manufacturing homes by supervising management staff, organizing and monitoring flow to maximize productivity and quality of product in entire manufactured housing facility.
Job Duties
- Work closely with Plant Production Manager to ensure overall production goals are achieved
- Manage, recruit and motivate a supervisor team that will work together in meeting production goals
- Create an attractive environment where associates will want to come to work
- Hold supervisors and team members accountable on Quality workmanship standards
- Provide safety training to supervisors and team crew members
- Facilitate an environment that promotes growth, skill development and problem-solving resolution with supervisors and associates. Help create future leaders for Live Oak Homes.
- Train supervisors and team members on housing codes and Live Oak Homes policies and procedures
- Build employee pride, commitment and ownership and hold employees accountable in their area
- Ensure overall cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Ten years in manufactured housing or equivalent experience
- Five years or more of supervisory experience in manufacturing or building
- Future goal of reaching Plant Production Manager
- Experience in coaching, training and staff development
- Must be able to motivate and be a leader
- Able to read production prints
- Familiar with and able to learn HUD codes

Production Area Supervisor
Responsibilities
Manufacture homes by supervising staff in designated area of Manufacturing Center by organizing and monitoring flow to maximize productivity and quality of product.

Live Oak Homes is looking for a Special Projects Supervisor for the Waycross, Ga factory. This person will be responsible for managing, motivating and training a team of employees. Must be detail oriented and have managerial experience. Experience in construction and/or manufactured housing is a plus but not required. Besides leading the team, the Special Projects Supervisor will inspect product to ensure efficiencies and quality. Live Oak Homes is looking for a team leader who is self-motivated and proficient in training and directing others. Salary based on experience. Will assist customers by providing contractor support and excellent customer service while staying with in the warranty guidelines. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, a passion for helping others and great communication skills. They will be adaptable to various work environments, extremely organized, have good phone etiquette and basic computer knowledge.
